[ From the moment the recording starts it's fairly obvious that there's a high degree of awkwardness here - it's easily readable from her expression (even if she's trying to put on a tiny smile as well), if not just from her tone. ]

Um.. I think I have to thank you for making me able to see this place and be here for a while, and.. p-please don't get me wrong, it seems like a really nice place! And these wings are even sort of cute too, so that's not the problem at all. It's just.. you see, if I don't get home in time for dinner I'm sure Mama and Papa will get really worried - especially Mama, if I wouldn't be home she wouldn't be happy at all and would probably throw a big fuss - and..

Sayaka-chan..

[ Her voice trails off as she seems to think of something and her mood dims instantly. The awkwardness that was in her tone earlier disappears and seems to be replaced by something a little more.. sad, perhaps, a softer tone. ]

So.. would it be okay for me to go back home, maybe..? To be honest, I'm not really sure why you picked me of all people to go here in the first place. I think I can't really do anything special like most people here probably can, so it would be okay for me to leave.. right?

[ A bit later one might find a young pink-haired girl sitting near the fountain, still wearing the sundress. She still looks quite lost and unsure and doesn't seem to understand everything just yet, but she seems to be distracting herself from her current situation for now by scribbling little drawings on her journal. Approach her? ]

[ O-oh, it really is a cute thing.. And she can hardly just let him lie on the ground there when he's expecting belly rubs. And so she gets off the spot she's sitting and instead crouches down to be able to rub Sial's belly gently, a small smile appearing on her face. ]

Ah, you're cute.. I wonder if you're one of the animals who normally live here..

[Sial gives a slight shake of his head as she says this but is quickly distracted by the petting, going almost boneless beneath it and letting out a pleased purr.

He stays this way even when his owner comes out of the store and begins looking around for him.]

Sial? Don't tell me you're off trying to steal someone's food again...

[ Madoka smiles a little as she pets it, but is distracted when she spots Emil walking around. She stops the petting for a moment to wave. ]

... Oh! Um, is this maybe the pet you're looking for? He just walked up to me just now..

[Emil blinks, turning to look for the source of the voice, then rubs the back of his head a bit sheepishly when he spots Sial mooching for pettings.]

Yeah, that's him. I'm sorry, I hope he wasn't bothering you or anything. He likes to say hi to new people and see if they'll feed or pet him.

O-oh no! [ She shakes her head quickly. ] It wasn't a bother at all!

In fact, I think he's really cute, so.. I'm glad to have met him just now. I'm still sort of new here, so I'd like to make new friends..
