[ From the moment the recording starts it's fairly obvious that there's a high degree of awkwardness here - it's easily readable from her expression (even if she's trying to put on a tiny smile as well), if not just from her tone. ]

Um.. I think I have to thank you for making me able to see this place and be here for a while, and.. p-please don't get me wrong, it seems like a really nice place! And these wings are even sort of cute too, so that's not the problem at all. It's just.. you see, if I don't get home in time for dinner I'm sure Mama and Papa will get really worried - especially Mama, if I wouldn't be home she wouldn't be happy at all and would probably throw a big fuss - and..

Sayaka-chan..

[ Her voice trails off as she seems to think of something and her mood dims instantly. The awkwardness that was in her tone earlier disappears and seems to be replaced by something a little more.. sad, perhaps, a softer tone. ]

So.. would it be okay for me to go back home, maybe..? To be honest, I'm not really sure why you picked me of all people to go here in the first place. I think I can't really do anything special like most people here probably can, so it would be okay for me to leave.. right?

[ A bit later one might find a young pink-haired girl sitting near the fountain, still wearing the sundress. She still looks quite lost and unsure and doesn't seem to understand everything just yet, but she seems to be distracting herself from her current situation for now by scribbling little drawings on her journal. Approach her? ]

For a little over a week now. [She already saw Mami on the feed, so while she wants to a face-to-face meeting she's positive that the blonde is going to make a big deal out of it.] Have you arrived here safely? You aren't injured, correct?

Y-yes, I'm fine..! Don't worry about me, Homura-chan. [ See, she even tries a little smile now. Even if she's still unsure and worried. ]

Are you okay too? If you've been here for a week already..

Yes, I'm fine. [Too nice. Thinking about someone else like that when she's the one in trouble.] ...It may be strange and difficult to recall, but can you tell me the last thing you remember before arriving here today?

[ She thinks of it and-- well, frankly, just thinking about it is enough to make her mood drop again. ]

Sayaka-chan.. Sayaka-chan turned into-- [ For a moment she hesitates. ] A-and Kyouko-chan went to save her, and I tried to help, but..

Hmm, that's right. Mami-san said she would come here to talk..

... Homura-chan, why is Mami-san.. [ You know, not beheaded? But as if she could say that out loud. ] Is that something this place does?

[ She hesitates a bit on the next part, because.. maybe it's a little weird or selfish to ask it from the other girl. But she still really wants to, so-- ]

Ah, Homura-chan--! If it's possible and you don't mind, could we maybe meet up sometime too? I just think it'd be nice if we could talk as well..

This place can bring back people that were once lost. Kyouko Sakura is here as well...Miki Sayaka is not.

[As for them meeting...]

Later on. [It's too much for her right now, with everything that has happened. In one short week three people from her world came here, two of them who dislike her. Not that she particularly blames them for those feelings. Regardless she needs time to think things over, before seeing Madoka again.]

Kyouko-chan and.. Sayaka-chan.. [ She pauses a little at those two names. After all, they're pretty closely connected to the last not-quite-pleasant experience she had back home. But she nods, even if it's with a slightly sad expression. ]

T-that's okay! If you ever want to talk, I'll be waiting, Homura-chan, so.. [ Her voice trails off yet again, not quite finishing the sentence. ]

Madoka. Can you do me one favor?

... Eh? A favor..?

[ Her look turns slightly curious. ]

O-of course, Homura-chan. What is it..?

[...]

Kyuubey is not here right now, but there is always a chance he will come. You understand now right? If you wish to avoid the fates of the others, do not contract. No matter what he says. You do not need to fear anything here.

[If anything threatens Madoka's safety, Homura will fight against it with her very life. Now that Madoka is here she has more reason to stay than to look for a way out, because fact is it is likely safer here than it is back there.]

Hmm.. I.. still think it would be really nice if I could be helpful to everyone, but.. but...

[ But she's scared of everything she's seen, of what happened to everyone else. She's scared of the same thing happening to her, she has to admit to herself - even if it's cowardly -, or even that something bad would happen again to any of them all here. ]

... I understand, Homura-chan. Don't worry about me. I'll make sure to try my best to help out everyone in my own way without having to do something like that.. even if it might not be anything special.

If you really want to help people, then remain the way you are. No one is expecting you to do anymore than that.

Ah, but.. there isn't really anything special about me, right? I'm not particularly good at anything and I don't have any special talents.. So like this, it might be a little bit hard to be helpful at times.

[Nothing special. She hates that. Homura wouldn't go through all this trouble if Madoka was 'nothing special' to her.]

All you need to do is be you. No one should force you to become more. Not Kyuubey, not Tomoe Mami, no one.

[ She pauses a little, a somewhat awkward pause, because she isn't really sure how to respond. ]
